Welcome. My Name is Tracie Beasley, and I am here and ready to walk beside you on your personal Journey. I am a Life and Connection Coach who weaves science, nature and soul-based practices together to support my clients.

I bgan coaching in 2018 after completing the Martha Beck Life Coach/Wayfinder Training, and I have been on an extensive learning and life transformation Journey ever since. It is my Journey that feeds my desire and ability to support yours.

I do this work because I know what it feels like to spend life stuck in fear-fear of change, fear of who I truely am, fears from past generations handed down to me, fear of survival, and fears that held me back from having authentic, nourishing connections with others. I do this work because the thought of anyone else living life trapped in the mucky, disregulated throws of fear is more than I want to bear.

I do this work because I now know how expansive, exhilarating, empowering, grounded and fullfiling my life is becoming as I've learned to trust my truth and my intuition, as I've nurtured the parts of myself that were stuck in fear, as I've learned why we often struggle with connection and as I've stepped into a life where skillful relating and authentic community are not only happening for me but creating and holding these spaces for others is my joy. I can honestly say, I've gained the courage to Dare to Be myself.

Chosing to step into your own personal tranformational journey is no small undertaking, but as someone who's been deeply invested in her own transformation for a over five years now, I can say that every step has been mindblowingly worth it. Having someone at your side with whom you feel SAFE, who can cheer you on, help you see with new perspectives, help you find self compassion, help you "feel your feels", and share tools and skills that you can use on your own, throughout your lifetime, can make all the difference.
