Making that first call can be scary. Reaching out into the unknown to someone you've never met takes courage and vulnerability. For some of us, it rattles our nerves because it takes parts of us back to tough experiences in our childhoods or earlier in our lives. I've been ther myself! I'm here to support you from a place of compassion, awareness and curiosity. As someone focused on helping folx find safe, authentic connection, holding safe space is my forte. Your sessions with me can occur via phone call or video chats, whichever helps you the most.

Note: I believe that anyone who is passionate about creating change in their lives deserves the opportunity to do so. If my posted fee rate feels like it would cause significant financial hardship for you, please contact me to discuss my pay structure. A portion of my sessions may be reserved at a reduce rate, and I also offer a variety of group mentoring and coaching events that may support your needs.
