My Mission is to provide authentic support to others, as they find freedom and discover peace, clarity, confidence and joy by finding and creating loving connections with their inner or true selves, others and nature.  My intention is to do so via one-on-one support and by fostering deep community, in your town and mine, through workshops, retreats, neighborhood potlucks, fire-side gatherings, school-based programs, conversations in grocery store and coffee lines, via technology and almost anywhere groups gather to learn, share, grow and play.
My Vision for this planet is a peace-filled and joyous citizenry who knows how and chooses to lead their lives with and from their hearts/souls; a citizenry who embraces and engages in self care, care of others and care of the Earth as one.

One act is but a drop of water in the ocean, but that drop reverberates widely. Science IS demonstrating to us that our emotions and energy DO affect our own DNA, our physical health and not only other humans, but animals,plants and even water itself! When we shift our focus from fears to living in the moment, trust, and love, clarity comes and our energy (i.e. confidence, empowerment, happiness, trust, and even our physical energy fields)  resonates through our bodies and across space like drops of water.  Every ripple/person CAN make a huge difference in just a single day, simply by living in a place of peace and joy.  Beautiful, right? :-)
